In this series of artworks Ioulitta Karamavrou
is trying to depict her interest about
notions, which are related to the self,
as far as it concerns the self-awareness
and the encounter between the self and
the things or the others.

The heads in my work are bodiless,
disproportionate and express a more
irrational, visceral and animalistic side of
man. This is an ordinary human figure, with
no particular features, projecting the
two basic elements of human nature:
the rational and the irrational.

My work is a mixture of personal experiences
and associative thoughts. Inspired by my
everyday life, by humans, their connection
to animals, by the natural environment.

creating interactions between them.

time the colors change, increase or decrease.

Φιλοδοξεί να δημιουργήσει νέες αναφορές στην παγκόσμια σκηνή και αγορά σύγχρονης τέχνης διαμορφώνοντας ένα καινούργιο ρεύμα όχι μόνο λόγω της πρωτοποριακής επιλογής έργων τέχνης και εικαστικών προσεγγίσεων αλλά και μέσω της ιδιαίτερης ψηφιακής παρουσίασης των καλλιτεχνών και των έργων τους.
