The painter and sculptor Foteini Kapsouli was born in 1998 in Piraeus. She lived in Cyprus for several years, as her father is of Cypriot descent. She took her first steps in sculpture under the guidance of Professor Nikos Tranos.
In 2026, she graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Athens School of Fine Arts, where her professor was Ioannis Melanitis, and specialized in marble under the guidance of Professor Dimitris Christogiannis. From 2020 to 2023, she participated in the ASKT OpenStudios and the Platforms Project, and in June 2023, she took part in the 3rd Workshop in Ereso, Lesbos, subsequently presenting her work to the Development and Promotion Organization.
In 2021, she participated in a group art exhibition at the Aloni Hotel in Paros. In 2023, she created her first mural, participated in the production of two music videos, taught sculpture and painting to adults, and helped construct a prop for a feature film.
In 2024, she completed an internship at the Athens Archaeological Service, gaining experience in the fields of cultural heritage and art management. That same year, she also completed an internship at the Special School for Children with Autism in Piraeus as part of her teacher certification program.
From November 2025 to January 2026, she participated in an international group exhibition at ArtShowroomNyfadopoulos, organized by art consultant Dimitra Fotopoulou and sculptor Anastasios Nyfadopoulos, in collaboration with Posner Fine Art in Los Angeles.
